Majano Chiropractic offers SMS text messaging to patients for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, confirmations, and customer care communications.
HOW TO OPT IN
Patients may opt in to receive text messages by providing verbal consent to Majano Chiropractic staff during a phone call or in-person interaction.
Before obtaining consent, staff explains the purpose of the messaging program and provides the applicable SMS disclosures. Patients are then asked:
